Slow Down (You Move Too Fast)

Slow Down (You Move Too Fast) is a work-in-progress piece that explores how digital technology acts with, and on, our body and senses.

It looks at how, by physically slowing down, we might tune into the different bodily and environmental rhythms in and around us.

The first work-in-progress iteration of the project was developed in May 2020 as part of the InterAction, a Galway Theatre Festival project presented in conjunction with Galway 2020 European Capital of Culture. (www.interactiongalway.com).
